The Paper Project 2016-2019
Cofounder/Director
a multiple-municipality, grant winning Western Massachusetts based community art project with the primary focuses of recycling paper and encouraging creation, dialogue and community involvement.
The Paper Project worked in many ways, but our main mission was hosting events at local businesses and inviting the general public to create elaborate works of art with professional local artists. This project allowed hundreds of people from all ranges of skill level to create and refine beautiful art. Through the profits of this program, we were able to raise money for various local and national charities, support local artists and events, as well as provide "art marketing" workshops to local emerging artists, teaching them how to refine their work for final sales and shows.
